  1. A new world
When I opened the door, I couldn’t believe my eyes: it was the biggest hotel I had seen in my life! I was going to be on vacation for one week, and on the first day I decided to explore. The hotel and the land that surrounded it formed almost an entire city.
The ground floor was huge and very nicely designed. There were many brown sofas and blue or white velvet armchairs. The reception was beautifully decorated, and there was only white marble on the floor. The next four floors were all luxurious: dark blue carpets and armchairs, many paintings and gorgeous rooms. The courtyard of the hotel seemed bigger than the city where I live. There were trees, palm trees and other flowers everywhere. You could walk as much as you wanted, because there was more than enough space. Also in the yard was a spa area, with saunas and rooms for massage sessions. There were five pools of all sizes that looked like an ocean. It was a huge aquapark, with colorful slides, some longer, some shorter. There were also many shops with souvenirs or clothes, or beach items. If you were lucky and stayed in a room on the 3rd floor or higher, you could see the beach, the sea and the sand directly from the balcony. Between some pools there were restaurants with all kinds of food, from Chinese food to Italian food.
I would like to move there. I hope to go to the city-hotel again, but next time to stay longer!
